Because we know the value and importance of your hardcopy, computerized and electronically imaged records and data, we protect them with state-of-the-art security systems that include smoke and heat detectors, motion and audio sensors, digital key pads, a secure entry system into the building and a fully monitored video system. 

We have recently upgraded our fire protection system and installed a 1000GPM fire pump into our existing monitored sprinkler system to further protect your critical information should a fire occur.  We meet and exceed all NFPA requirements for storing records in the designed layout of our facility.

Many of our government clients require very strict guidelines as outlined by the National Archive and Record Administration.  We are able to store their records in our facility by meeting those requirements.

Our facility is located within one mile of the Glenside Fire Protection Station and also the Glendale Heights Police Precinct to ensure rapid response in case of fire or break-in.  Our security and alarm systems have redundant connections to both Fire and Police to ensure security and safety.
