At Federal we have carefully designed and refined our processes over our long history.  However, those processes are only as good as the people who execute them. Our employees have many years experience in the commercial record storage, document imaging and data management industry having served hundreds of companies; each with different goals, service requirements, technologies and content management systems.  Our average employee has 7.5 years of being with Federal Family. 

At Federal, all new employees are put through a multi-tiered interview process to make sure that they will be a match with our company’s culture and values. We make certain they understand the importance of security, accuracy, and superior customer service.  We survey our customers quarterly and we have averaged a 4.89 on a 5.0 scale for the past three years. We also conduct security background checks, random drug tests and all employees sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure your records and data stay secure.
